A negroni for those that are wondering is a classic bitter sweet cocktail that is equal parts Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth.

Join us for our Valentine's Day cocktail class where you will create and drink two of Brookie's signature cocktails with our resident cocktologist Simon. 🍸
Situated on our balcony overlooking the rainforest, you will learn tricks like how to create the perfect foam and balance your drinks all while listening to the sweet dulcet tones of Simon’s jokes.
Whether you’re trying to impress a first date and get a little hands-on or you just want to learn a few tips and tricks with your friends, this one-hour class is for you. You must be over 18 and spaces are limited so be sure to get in quick! 🌹

FAQ: Is the distillery child and dog friendly? 🐾
Your furry friends are most welcome to join you at the distillery for a drink or a tasting provided they are on a leash and accompanied at all times. Unfortunately they are unable to join you on your tour as the forest is reserved for native animals only 🐨
Children are welcome to join you for tours and tastings! Quite often the little ones are very excited to spot a koala and ask a lot of fun questions that adults don’t think of! If you’d like to bring the kids along please contact cellardoor@capebyrondistillery.com for more info. Or leave them with the grandparents and let your hair down! 🍸
