Instead of sloe berries, we turned to Davidson’s

Instead of sloe berries, we turned to Davidson’s Plums (Davidsonia), an indigenous fruit found in the Northern Rivers area, to create a unique rendition on a traditional English Sloe Gin.
We take hundreds of these sour little gems and lay them to rest with our Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin until the colour of the fruit has naturally imparted itself into the spirit along with flavours of cherry, plum and rose. 🍒
