- 60ml Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml White Aspen sugar syrup*
- top with soda water
*White Aspen sugar syrup – handful of White Aspen berries, cup of sugar, cup of boiling water. Stir to dissolve & strain.
Build in glass over ice.
